General

Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the Police. MIKEBUSEY.COM  reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.

MIKEBUSEY.COM holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our web store. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

Delivery

All shipments are sent by USPS. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. Estimated shipping time is 1-3 working days, if anything else is not announced. We have everything You can buy on the Webshop in stock.

We will charge 25$ for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If You change your mind about things You ordered contact our Customer Service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us.

Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If You notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our Customer Service. When returning it You are responsible for the goods.

Payment

When using credit card You pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives You pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. MIKEBUSEY.COM can also demand You to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

Anti-human trafficking policy

1. Policy statement

Who You Know Productions is committed to a zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, forced labor, and any form of commercial sexual exploitation. This policy prohibits all employees, contractors, and business partners from engaging in or facilitating human trafficking activities. 

2. Definitions

  • Sex trafficking: The recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion. If the person is under 18, proof of force, fraud, or coercion is not required.
  • Forced labor: Any work or service that is exacted from a person under the threat of a penalty and for which the person has not voluntarily offered themselves.
  • Commercial sexual exploitation: Any transaction or activity that promotes, facilitates, or benefits from commercial sex, including but not limited to, the exchange of money, goods, or services. 

3. Prohibited activities and content

The following is an explicit list of prohibited activities for all users of our services and platforms: 

  • Solicitation: Users may not post, share, or request information that facilitates commercial sex acts, including solicitations for escort services, paid sexual fetish or domination services, or offers of sex for anything of value.
  • Exploitation of minors: All content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of children is strictly prohibited. Any such material will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
  • Promotion of trafficking: Content that promotes, advertises, or provides usernames or links related to commercial sex work is prohibited, as it can facilitate trafficking.
  • Facilitating transactions: Any content that connects commercial sexual services, such as sexual encounters or partners, with a price or other signal of a transaction is strictly banned.
  • Use of company resources: Employees and contractors are prohibited from using company facilities, equipment, or expense accounts to engage in or facilitate any activity related to human trafficking or sex buying. 

4. Supply chain management

This policy extends to our supply chain and business partners. We require our suppliers to:

  • Maintain their own anti-slavery and human trafficking policies.
  • Certify that they and their sub-suppliers do not use any form of forced or compulsory labor.
  • Allow for audits to verify compliance with this policy.
  • Remove suppliers that do not share our commitment. 

5. Reporting and enforcement

  • Reporting process: We encourage all employees, users, and business partners to report any potential or suspected violations of this policy. Reports can be made to support@mikebusey.com or through a confidential, non-retaliatory reporting channel, such as the National Human Trafficking Hotline.
  • Non-retaliation: We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report of a suspected violation.
  • Consequences for violations: Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationships. We will also cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigations. 

6. Training and awareness

We provide regular training for employees and management to help them recognize the signs of human trafficking and understand how to report suspected activity. Training is tailored to specific roles to ensure appropriate responses.
